Couples Massage is a wonderfully relaxing, personal experience. During the session, two people receive massage at the same time and in the same room from two different therapists. The therapy provides many of the same benefits as other types of massage but with some added bonuses.
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.
A salt scrub is great for exfoliating and moisturizing your skin. You can make your own salt scrubs at home with a few simple ingredients, and you can either use recipes or experiment with your own creations.
Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet, hands and ears. Reflexology is generally relaxing and may be an effective way to alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that these areas correspond to organs and systems of the body.
Microdermabrasion treatments use a minimally abrasive instrument to gently sand your skin, removing the thicker, uneven outer layer.
Microdermabrasion helps to thicken your collagen, which results in a younger looking complexion. Collagen is a protein in your skin that's abundant when you're a child and makes skin appear taut and smooth. Collagen production declines as we age, resulting in looser, uneven skin.
Includes a thorough cleansing of your back, gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, extractions and a relaxing massage
What is a Four-Hands massage?
In a four-hands massage, two therapists work on one client, often using synchronized moves. A four-hands massage can be like experiencing two full body massages at the same time. Good massage therapists will use the client’s body as a form of canvas onto which they choreograph slow, detailed moves of varying paces and pressures. There are a number of different styles of four-hand massage.
Your therapist will begin with you lying face down so that she can work on the calf muscles. She will apply the massage oil to the leg and warm it up by using manual massage movements. Once the leg is warmed up, she will introduce the hot stones.
